Although my husband and I have known our handsome little eight year old has been with his girlfriend for over a year now, we have never actually seen the two lovebirds together until tonight.
My husband and I were recently outbid on a house we liked and went for. Our forever home. Or was it? Truth be known, it was one up from being classed as a hovel and was certainly on a par with a museum or an experiment in time travel in terms of its decor. A des res it was not.
Yesterday I received an email from my dear friend Fiona telling me about Mirror Work. In Robert Holden and Louise Hay’s forthcoming book Life Loves you (Hay House, April 2015) there is a great emphasis on the theme of Mirror Work, which is undertaking daily positive affirmations but whilst looking into your own eyes as you say the powerful words to yourself in a mirror.
Having undergone an emotional 2014, it truly is a new year, new start as I have recently started a new job. I am working in a retirement village and how life affirming it is. There is nothing quite as heart-warming as being amongst those with a rich life experience and it is such a contrast to being around my four children when I am in the home environment.
